Shipping policy

Important information
  • order cutoff time: 6pm EST

  • free shipping to the lower 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
Please carefully read this policy. It will apply to any order that you will place with us.
 
When you place your order on the website, it enters our system and you receive a confirmation email. On average, it takes us 1-2 days to process your order, package it and hand it to transit.
 
Then it takes 5-7 days until the order arrives to the address you specified. Please be aware that the delivery may sometimes be slightly delayed and you should allow for up to two extra additional days before contacting our support.
 
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contigous US. We currently do not ship internationally.
 
If you would like to initiate a return, there is a 30 day return window which begins when you accept your package. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy here for more information.
 
Damaged or incomplete orders
 
It is rare, but it is possible that your order can arrive damaged or incomplete.
 
As a first step, please make sure that you document the damage. Take several photos or a video and thoroughly highlight what's wrong. 
 
Then please send this documentation, your order number and your comments to info@everestmobility.com. It is vital that you make this report within 24 hours of receiving your products, otherwise we won't be able to help you.
 
We treat these cases with utmost priority and we always find a suitable solution.
 

Cancellations

Have you changed your mind and would you like to cancel your order? If you manage to do so before it leaves our warehouse, you can get a 100 % refund.

It usually takes 1-2 days before we prep your order and hand it to transit, so make sure to contact us as soon as possible. Once the order leaves, standard return / refund policy applies (including the 25 % restocking fee).

However, custom orders cannot be cancelled and refunded at all.

Delayed orders

You should receive your order within 9 days tops (2 for handling and 7 for transit). Sometimes orders get delayed due to weather or other mundane reasons, so please wait for 2 additional days before you reach out to us.

Warranty & Returns

Key Information

  • 30-Day Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • 40-Day Return Window: during the period of 22nd December and 5th of January, there is an additional 10 days to return a product.
  • 15-Day Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 15 days after receiving the return.
  • 25% Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the product cost.
  • No Returns on Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to initiate a return / refund?

First of all, you need to make sure that your products are unopened and unused.

You may begin the process by reaching out to our customer support team at info@everestmobility.com at any point during the 30 day return window (or 40, if the extended return rules apply).

Then send us the package, use a courier service that has a track & trace code which you will then also please send to our support. Please keep in mind that you cover the costs of the return shipping.

Damages or missing items

Thoroughly inspect the packaging upon arrival. Report any damaged or missing items within 24 hours to info@everestmobility.com along with your order number and photo proof.

Warranty

  • Manufacturer-Specific Warranties: Warranty details vary by manufacturer and are available on individual product pages.
  • Warranty covers damage incurred from use over time, it cannot be applied to damage caused by shipping.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions

You must return both items to be eligible for a full refund.

If you choose to return just one of them, you will receive store credit or a replacement product of equal value.

Chargebacks

  • Contact Us First: Please reach out to us for issue resolution before filing a chargeback.
  • Legal Action for Fraudulent Chargebacks: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action for theft.
